Running Accomplishments:

I have only run 2 marathon's in my life.... Grandma's in 2002 and Twin Cities in 2008. I just finished nothing spectacular.... This last year I got the running bug so here we are.... Let's see what happens!

Short-Term Running Goals:

I told myself that I was not going to run anymore Marathon's until I am 50.... Well, that didn't work! I have been talked into signing up for 35th running of Grandma's Marathon on June 18th, 2011... I have had running friends who have qualified for Boston and it has inspired me to see if I could qualify. So I guess we will see how it goes... Wish me luck.....

Long-Term Running Goals:

OK!! Maybe Boston should be my Long-term goal..... hmmm?

I am happily Married, with a big dog and no children yet!!!

Ran about 4.5 miles today in 38:47, it was a nice 20F lightly snowy day.   Good start to the week....

Another snowy run, it was more slippery and slushy today with the 20F temp.  Bridget, Josh, John, Diana and I ran Swede Hallow. I ended up running a little more for a total of 5miles at a time of around 44:07. I wanted to run again tonight but just did not find the time. 

 I also signed up for the Securian Forzen Half today, which will be run on January 29th. One of my goals for this year is to run a Half every month of 2011. So this will be a good start.....

 Keep on a moving!!!

Ran with Run Club at the Running Room. Milton, Mike, Brian and I just ran around Calhoun. It took us 36:05 to run it, we started out slow but picked it up after the first mile. The run felt pretty good..... 

 Just keep moving!

What a beautiful day running with the big fluffy snow flakes... Ran with Amanda up through Swede Hallow and then over to the Capital and ran up Arch street hill... It was slow but good to get a hill in my run.....  We ran this in about 40:55.... so really slow but it was extra slippery out!! 

 At least we were moving and outside!!! Yeah!!!

Wow! we had 13 runners today for our run.... This is most runners we have ever had run all at the same time or at least start at the same time.... It was Awesome!!! We even picked up some new runners!!! Spreading the word is working, one runner at a time! Chad and I ended up running a little farther with the two new runners Randy and Sean. We end up running along the river and then finding our way back through the St. Paul streets.... It was sure fun and we went about 5.82 miles in 53.28, nice and slow but sure was fun.....

Had a good run with Casey, Amanda, and Bunda.... We ran StoneArch Birdge down West River Rd to the Ford Birdge and back.... It was a Sunny day but the temp was like -8 with the windchill... That wind on the way back in was brutel!!! We survived though!! It was good to get 12 miles in and we ran it in 1:57:46. So it was really slow but it sure was fun... thanks Casey, Amanda and Bunda!!! 

 Got to keep on moving!!!
