I did my speed workout today at Noon.... Since there is so much snow there is not to many tracks to my 4 X 800's. I marked off a half mile area on the Swede Hallow route to do my 4 X 800's and it worked out good. Here is how it turned out. 1 mile warmup = 12minutes 1st 800 = 3:28 2nd 800 = 3:33 3rd 800 = 4:01 4th 800 = 3:30 1 mile cooldown = 11minutes It felt OK, I have not did this type speed work in a long time..... I am glad I did it!!!
